1. The advertised values are for services starting in the city center of Ponta Delgada and those services can be made in shared cars with other customers up to the limit of passengers in the car, except for services hired on a private basis;

2. All services require a minimum number of 2 participants to be effected. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the services may be rescheduled in agreement with the client, paid for at the rate that would be charged to 2 participants or canceled permanently, with JR AZORES TOURS refunding its clients for the values of payments previously received;

3. All services include official driver/guide in Portuguese;

4. All tours include transportation to and from the hotel or to and from a previously designated meeting point.

5. For hotels located up to 5 kms away from the center of Ponta Delgada or Vila Franca do Campo a fee of 5,00 € per person will be charged. Other distances will have the fee calculated using the airport transfer values;

6. The client should be at the reception of his hotel/accommodation or at the meeting point previously designated 10 minutes before the scheduled time and should be accompanied by proof of reservation preferably in an electronic device. No-show at the scheduled time, plus the tolerance mentioned in the following point, implies the continuity of the tour without the presence of the missing client and without any refund;

7. To avoid delays and other constraints, the driver will grant a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes in relation to the start time of the tour or the time scheduled for resuming the tour after a stop;

8. The tours include only what is described in the promotional materials, namely in the JR AZORES TOURS website. Extras not mentioned are not included;

9. JR AZORES TOURS reserves the right to refuse transportation to persons who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, disease, lack of personal hygiene or who may influence the performance of the activity by disturbing other customers, guide or driver;

10. JR AZORES TOURS is not responsible for objects lost or forgotten during the tours;

11. Smoking, eating or drinking is not allowed in our vehicles;

12. Booking changes are only allowed by phone or email up to 72 hours prior to the start of the tour;

13. Children up to 02 years of age do not pay. From 03 to 10 years old children benefit of 50% discount.

14. Under no circumstances JR AZORES TOURS can be held responsible for weather conditions or for the non-visiting of any tourist attraction due to these conditions. The tours may suffer itinerary changes or be postponed due to weather conditions;

15. The tours will only be cancelled when there is an orange or red alert for rain and/or wind issued by IPMA (Portuguese Sea and Atmosphere Institute);

16. In case of cancellation due to weather conditions the tours will be rescheduled and refunds will only be made upon presentation of airline tickets that justify the impossibility of being present on the tour on the date proposed by JR AZORES TOURS;

1. Payments will be made by wire transfer to the account number indicated by JR AZORES TOURS or at the time of boarding directly to the driver.

2. For invoice purposes, please indicate the taxpayer number at the moment of booking.

3. All prices include VAT;
